This letter is to advise you that Mr. Martin Leskow had
reapplied and obtained amended subdivision approval from the
Planning Board after receiving approval from the Zoning Board
of Appeals .
Mr. Leskow revised his plan in accordance with the
requirements of the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of
Appeals. Mr. Leskow' s subdivision map is now ready to be
signed upon compliance with the Town Board' s acceptance of
the deeds and recreation fee .
The Planning Board would appreciate being advised as
to whether or not the deeds and recreation fee are acceptable.

I have conducted a deed search in the Dutchess County Clerk's office and
' have found that Mr. Martin Leskow has subdivided land on all Angels Rd.
ti (Leskow Circle) and apparently created another subdivision in the area of
5 Beverly Lane and Kimset Drives both in contravention to Chapter TI of the
Dutchess County Sanitary code. .
In the first instance, two lots with existing houses were sold December 8,
1971 even though I had personally advised Mr. Leskow that the subdivision
plans which were submitted could not be immediate) approved as in
