WHEREAS, an application has been received by thisBoard !
from GALLO BROTHERS OLDING CORP. , requesting that that portion
of the proposed streets and partially completed proposed streets
known as Midge Drive and Kretch Circle, as more fully described
on a rider attached hereto, and located in a residential. real '
estate subdivision in the 'Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,

New York, known as " Fleetwood Manor" be accepted as and for
public streets in the Towns of Wappinger, and

�{ WHEREAS, the said GALL BROTHERS HOLDING CU P. , has
tendered to this Board a deed conveying and dedicating that
portion of the proposed streets, as is more fully described on
a rider attached hereto, to the Town of Wappinger as and for
public streets, it is hereby

RESOLVED, that this Board does hereby accept that j
portion of the proposed streets, known as Midge Drive and
retch Circle, as is ore fully described on a rider attached
hereto, subject to the following conditions:
FIRST: That Gallo Brothers Holding Corp,

furnish to the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger a performance
I
bond in the amount of � approved by the said Town j

Board, and by the Town Attorney and by the Superintendent of
Highways of the 'Town of Wappinger as to amount, fours, sufficiency
of surety and manner of e ecution, insuring satisfactory comple-
tion of the aforesaid streets in said subdivision in accordance
with the `pcurrent minimum standard requirements for establishing

(. roads in the said Town of Wappinger and in accordance wit urrenta�
specifications provided by the Superintendent of Highways of the

lj 'Gown of Wappinger and further insuring installation and comple-
tion of the storm water drainage system for said subdivision,
the plan for which has been heretofore approved by the 'Town
Superintendent of highways and the 'Town Engineer, said word: and
improvements being subject to the final approval of the Town
Superintendent of Highways and the Town Engineer of the Town of
