RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF TOWN
HIGHWAYS AND AUTHORIZING LAYING OUT
OF TOWN ROADS

The following Resolution was offered by Supervisor Paino,
who moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the owner has now delivered a deed dedicating
and releasing the above nained roads to the Town of Wappinger
as public highways, and
WHEREAS, the Town Highway SUperintendent and Town Engineer'

office have inspected the premises and recommended acceptance
of these roads as Town Highways;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Wappinger
hereby accepts the offer of dedication of said "David Loop",
"Mina Drive", "Bell Air Lane", "Grace Court", "Stanley Lane",
"Nancyaleen Drive", and "Scotse Road" within the Pond View j
Subdivision (Filed Map No. 4700) as public highways for all
purposes, and the Town Attorney is hereby directed to cause
the deed thereto to be duly recorded in the Dutchess County
Clerk's office, and it is further
RESOLVED, that the developer post a maintenance bond in
the sum of $100,800.00 in a form approved by the Attorney to
the Town, and be it further
RESOLVED, that , in accordance with the provisions of
Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York,
consent is hereby given that the Town Superintendent of
Highways of the Town of Wappinger order the laying out of the
aforesaid Town Roads as delineated in Schedule "A" annexed
hereto, and be it further
