Resolution Appointing Certified Public Accountants To Audit The Accounts And Reports
Of The Town And To Provide Various Accounting Services
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 26,
2021.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that RBT, CPAs, Certified Public Accountants, be retained to audit
the accounts, books, records and reports of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and Town Justices
and other Town Departments for calendar year 2020; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that RBT, CPAs, Certified Public Accountants, is
hereby retained for the purposes of furnishing such accounting assistance and consultations as
may be needed by the Town Supervisor, Town Accountant and Town Bookkeeping staff, as such
services may be required from time to time, and shall be paid in accordance with their fee
schedule set forth in their proposal addressed to the Town Board dated February 1, 2021.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
