2022-72 2022-72 Resolution Authorizing Release Of Security Posted In Connection With Osborne Square (Bank Plaza) At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 28, 2022. WHEREAS, by Resolution 2016-134, the Town Board previously accepted a Performance Agreement secured by Deposit dated April 5, 2016, executed by Kevin B. Lund, as President of 1145 Route 9 Corp., in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000),to guarantee the completion of the construction of approved dumpster enclosure in accordance with the approved site plans; and WHEREAS, 1145 Route 9 Corp. has completed the construction of approved dumpster enclosure in accordance with site plan approval and has complied with the terms of the Performance Agreement; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED,that the Town Board hereby acknowledges that 1145 Route 9 Corp. has completed the construction of approved dumpster enclosure in accordance with site plan approval and has complied with the terms of the Performance Agreement and authorizes the Cash Deposit in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000)to be released.
