2022-74 2022-74 Resolution Authorizing Refund Of Unused Escrow For Porteus Lot Line Realignment (Account 18-5198) At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 28, 2022. WHEREAS, on or about November 28, 2018, Porteus & Son Builders, LLC (hereinafter the "Applicant") filed an application for lot line realignment approval under Application Number 18-5198; and WHEREAS,total escrow deposits in the amount of$6,325.06 were received from the Applicant for payment of the fees of the Town's professionals to review the application; and WHEREAS,the review of the application has been completed; and WHEREAS, all professional fees incurred during the review of the application have been paid and there remains a balance of$545.60 in escrow account 18-5198 and the Applicant has requested a refund; and WHEREAS,the Planning Department and the Town Comptroller has audited the escrow account and reviewed the amount due to be refunded; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED,that the Town Board hereby authorizes a refund to Porteus & Son Builders, LLC in the amount of$545.60 from escrow account number 18-5198, representing the unused escrow balance for the above project.
