2023-5 2023-5 Resolution Designating Official Newspaper For The Town Of Wappinger At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 9, 2023. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southern Dutchess News, a newspaper regularly published in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, and having a general circulation in the Town, and being a newspaper entered as second-class mail matter, be and the same hereby is designated as the official newspaper of the Town; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Poughkeepsie Journal, published in the County of Dutchess and having general circulation within the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, be and is hereby designated as an additional newspaper for the publication of Town Notices when, and if, so directed by the Town Board; and BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED, that the Town Clerk be and he or she is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of such designation to the publisher of such newspapers.
