This email is in response to a FOIL request our office received on February 21, 2023 regarding 17 Robin Lane. Please see
responses below.
-There are currently no open or outstanding code violations on record. This does not mean that there are no violations,
just that our records currently do not reveal any.
-There are currently no open or outstanding building permits or building code violations on record. This does not mean
that there are no violations, just that our records currently do not reveal any. There is an attached memo mentioning
potential water damage at the property but we do not have any documentation showing verification or remediation of
that damage.
-Our office does not currently have any records relating to any outstanding special assessments, fees or invoices. You
can reach out to the tax collector to see if they have any fees outstanding.
