I'm not sure but I sent an email out to our Zoning Administrator to see if there would be something they would issue. On
a municipal search we issue the prior to zoning statement when there is no CO for the home but it usually will not
mention whether it is single family or 2 -family. I will let you know if there is anything else Zoning would issue.
