This email responds to your Freedom of Information Law request of 06/03/2023, in which you requested documents for
16 Fenmore Dr. There are currently no open code violations or permits that are open. This does not mean that there are
no violations on the property, just that we do not currently show any on file. A municipal search may uncover violations.
I have attached copies of the COs that we have on record. The house is built prior to zoning regulations so there is no CO
for the house itself. There is no survey on file with our office.
