I am writing to notify you that the Town of Wappinger Building Department has received a Freedom of Information
(FOIL) request from you requesting information regarding the property located at 49 Hackensack Heights Rd. (6259-04-
747336, Christensen) Attached is a notice that was issued to the property on 3/29/22 stating that the property didn't
have an address posted. There are currently no other open permits or violations on record for this property. This does
not mean that no violations exist, just that our files do not currently show any. Our office does not maintain records of
assessments or liens.
