Please find attached a FOIL request concerning the property at 1083 Route 9, Wappinger, Section 6156, Block 02, Lot
710924. 1 have also attached a letter concerning my request.
Please note, utilizing the search term "1083 Route 9",1 reviewed the public records available on the Town's database, as
such, the Public Records concerning the authorization of the release of escrow funds, liquor license documents,
settlement of tax assessment, area variance for Potter Brothers Ski and Patio for tent sales(dated 11/13/2007;
10/09/2007; 10/28/2008), and the expansion of outdoor dining into the parking lot for Farm to Table Bistro do not need
to be produced.
In order to assist your search, I am specifically interested land use records for the area in the rear of the property away
from Route 9 and behind the main buildings, which is a commercial parking/storage area. Any land use approvals and
site plans which address the development and utilization of this commercial parking/storage area would be greatly
appreciated,

We spoke last week regarding your FOIL request for 1083 Route 9, Wappingers Falls. I pulled the files for this property
and there are 6 large files with about 150 permits and other documents/plans. In order to try to find what you are
looking for in a timely fashion, I have attached a list of permits historically issued. I'm not sure which ones would
specifically apply to what you are looking for. Would you be able to took through this to see if there are any permits
issued that you would be interested in copies of? The Planning and Zoning Department will be reaching out separately
regarding site plan approvals.
The only violation in our system was for:
PORTABLE LUMBER MILL OPERATIONAL ON SITE REAR OF BUILDING. WORK BEING DONE BEYOND THE SCOPE OF
ALLOWABLE USE.
