There are currently 3 open permits on the property. There is a permit open to repair fire damage. I have also attached a copy of the survey and a copy of a violation that was issued in 2022 for an apartment and the fire damage. That violation is being addressed along with the open permits. Below is a list of permits and certificates issued to this property. There is additional documentation pertaining to these individual permits in the file. There are plans on file but I am unable to scan them in office. They would have to be sent out to the print shop and we would charge you whatever they charge us.
