Good morning,
am writing to notify you that the Town of Wappinger Building Department has received a Freedom of Information
(FOIL) request from you requesting information regarding the property located at 10 Elizabeth Terrace.
There are currently 3 open permits on the property. There is a permit open to repair fire damage. I have also attached a
copy of the survey and a copy of a violation that was issued in 2022 for an apartment and the fire damage. That violation
is being addressed along with the open permits.
Below is a list of permits and certificates issued to this property. There is additional documentation pertaining to these
individual permits in the file. There are plans on file but I am unable to scan them in office. They would have to be sent
out to the print shop and we would charge you whatever they charge us. If you are looking for any specific information
not included here, let me know. We can always schedule an appointment for you to come in to view the file or I can
attempt to locate the information for you.
