This email is in response to a FOIL request submitted to our office regarding 615 Sergeant Palmateer Way. Please see
attached documents and responses below:
Variances, Special Exceptions etc.
There are documents from previous years that mention uses. See attached.
- Site Plan, etc.
See attached site plan resolution from 2007. That is the site plan approvals I have in the building department files. There
is also a site elan map but it is too large to copy on our printer. We would have to send it out to the print shop and we
would -charge whatever they charge us. Let me know if that will be requested.
- Open/Active violations
-There are currentl.y...no violations issued to the property, however, the property does have an open and expired permit
for a roof repair. That.permit is attached to this email. Expired permits do turn into violations. The fire operational
_:_._..-._. permit -will expire on 11/24/23 and needs to be renewed on an annual basis.
- Certificates/COs
See attached copies of all certificates issued.
- Future plans for roadway conduction
Our office does not have that.infor.mati.on.-The town highway department maintains that road so you would have to
reach out to them for any information.
There are additional items in the file but did not seem to apply to what you were requesting. If you would like to review
the file in person; we can schedule-.a:.date and time. -Just-lot -me know what works. Also, just a reminder to let me know -if
you avant. me to send out the copies of the maps. The fees are usually a few dollars per page for that size. Feel free to
