Good morning,
The Zoning Department does not provide letters. If you would like information on a property, the best route is to submit
a FOIL request for Code Enforcement records of the property in question. Please list the information you are looking for
on the request form. Our records are currently not in digital format. We can reproduce documents in office up to 11" x
17" for $.25 per page. Any larger documents will have to be sent to a print shop. We would charge whatever fees the
print shop charges us. I have attached the FOIL request form to this email.

I am wanting to obtain A Zoning Verification Letter? In the past it was told The Town does not provide Zoning letters. is
this still accurate?
I also wanted to get copies of any open/unresolved Zoning ,Building and Fire code violations, Certificate of occupancy,
variances, and a final approved site plan on file for a property located in Wappinger, New York ?
Do I still submit an online FOIL Public request?
Will there be a fee for these requests?
Can you verify if the Zoning Ordinance Book and Zoning map are current online and provide the zone for property?
