Please be advised that Grid # 6156-02-861783 known as 121 Cooper Road has returned to R20 Zone- Single Family
Residence status by means of allowing the former structure known as a legal Non -Conforming 2 —1 Bedroom
Apartment Structure to remain vacant for 2 years. This structure and the property are in violation of Town of
Wappinger Code 185-3 and 185-4 for property maintenance as well as structural defects and state of disrepair.
