This email responds to your Freedom of Information Law request in which you requested information regarding 12
Seneca Ln. There are currently no open code violations or permits that are open. This does not mean that there are no
violations on the property, just that we do not currently show any on file. A municipal search may uncover additional
violations. Below is a list of permits that have been issued to the property. We do not have a survey on file. There is a
floor plan on file from the fire repairs in 1997. It is too large for me to scan in office but I can send to the print shop or
you can come in to view it in person. The house appears to be on well water so a well test will be required for a sale.
