At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman
Phillips.
WHEREAS, the appointment of a Traffic Prosecutor is permissible to stand in the place of an enforcement
agency not in attendance to ensure the prosecution of such traffic related violations, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does hereby appoint
Paul Ackermann, Esq. or his designated associate, to serve as a Traffic Prosecutor to the Town of
Wappinger Traffic Court
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
