The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS, the Town Board desires the need for professional consulting services for the purposes of evaluating the
benefits of potential public-private partnerships between the Town at Carnwath Farms Historic Site & Park, and
WHEREAS, Covington Commercial Realty has been identified by members of the Town Board and determined to be
aqua [if ied commercial real estate appraisaIf irm capable of providing such consulting services, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby approves Covington Commercial Realty as a qualified commercial real estate
consulting services firm and hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute any and all documents
associated with this consultation, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby agrees to authorize and direct the Town Supervisor and Town Comptroller to
execute said agreement and pay Covington Commercial Realty a one-time sum of $1,000.00 for commercial real
estate consulting services, which shall be funded out of B -Fund Balance.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

It was a pleasure meeting with you Saturday morning to discuss the potential of Carnwath
Farms. Based upon our discussions on Saturday morning, I am submitting this proposal to the
Town Board to provide you with a review of the tenant's twenty -one-page lease, answer specific
questions that Board members have posed and make appropriate recommendations. It is my
understanding that the primary objective of the Town is to get a viable tenant into the mansion,
who will complete the major renovation required for re -opening the building and generating
income for the Town.
My fee of $1,000 includes necessary research, review of the lease and creation of a report
containing my recommendations. Upon acceptance of the signed agreement, fifty percent is due
and payable, with the balance due upon receipt of the report.
