engage in the recent discussions regarding Carnwath and simplyvoice thanks and support.
Before returning to the Hudson Valley, I worked for Jetsetter (Gilt Group) and Inspirato (AMEX), two
membership -based travel companies that focus on distinctive accommodations and exceptional travel
experiences. In my rale, I was responsible for vetting properties and collaborating closelywith their
management teams and local municipalities to create memorable experiences for our members. Each
destination and establishment was so different and special in its own way. The Town of Wappinger is
ideally positioned to offer a unique and welcoming experience for both residents and tourists right here
at Carnwath.
Given your past experiences on the board and the diligent work you've undertaken, I believe you are
paving the way for an exciting new project to unfold. I apologize for the enthusiasm, but it was truly
exciting to hear your discussion this evening and the support from neighbors.
This initiative would also enhance our agricultural efforts at Carnwath. Interestingly, friends of ours serve
as caretakers on the Locust Grove grounds, and we frequently connect with their gardening volunteers,
who have inspired many of our growing choices at Carnwath to foster community engagement. We are
even bringing back heirloom blooms to Carnwath from the 1800s. We've also attended many events at
Locust Grove some private and some public (like a simple familywalk),
or a garden stroll, or pumpkin hunt! The grounds are wonderful and appropriately alive.
-We support this project and appreciate your commitment to checking the numbers and keeping the
community informed as you tacked about.

Asa brief update, on Thursday we delivered dahlia bouquets to various local institutions, including the
town hall, school district headquarters, Wingate nursing homes, Avalon assisted living facilities, Grace
Smith Nouse, and Castle Point Veterans Hospital. Each recipient was delighted with their donated
bouquets!Thankyou for the opportunity to grow atCarnwath, connect with Wappinger neighbors, and
