Board Of Appeals
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
15, 2024.

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman
Phillips.
WHEREAS, Peter Galotti has served the Town of Wappinger honorably on the Zoning Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, Peter Galotti has submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Board of Appeals effective September 24, 2024, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board acknowledges and accepts the resignation of Peter Galotti as the
Chairman and Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

Dear Ms. Roberti:
As we discussed, I will need to resign from my position on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
I would anticipate my last meeting to be the last meeting date in September.
My responsilpHities at Toll Brothers have increased, and as such, it will be increasingly
difficult for metoattend meetings. It would not befair tothe other board members, as
well as the applicants, if there were only four board members on numerous occasions.
| have enjoyed working onthe Zoning Board ofAppeals immensely, and want 1othank
you, aswell asyour staff, especially, Bea and Judy for all the help and guidance over the
past several years that | have served onthe ZBA. | have also enjoyed working with all
the current board members eswell asthe Board members ofpast years.
ifcircumstances change, and there is a need in the future, �will certainly consder
returning to the Zoning Board of Appeals
