WHEREAS, the Acting Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, has advised that the Buildings and Grounds Department is in need of a lift to safely service vehicles and equipment to maintain Town facilities, and WHEREAS, the Acting Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds and the Buildings and Grounds Automotive Mechanic, obtained three state bids for a vehicle lift, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The Acting Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds is hereby authorized to purchase a Vehicle Lift for the total sum of $28,013.07 as the lowest estimate from Mohawk Lifts, copies of which are affixed hereto. 2. To fund this purchase, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Comptroller to pay for the costs associated with the purchase of above -referenced equipment from B -Fund Balance.
