BE IT RESOLVED, that RBT, Certified Public Accountants, is hereby retained for the purposes of furnishing such accounting assistance and consultations as may be needed by the Town Supervisor, Town Accountant and Town Bookkeeping staff, as such services may be required from time to time, for calendar year 2025; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that RBT, Certified Public Accountants, be and they are hereby retained to audit the accounts, books, records and reports of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and Town Justices for calendar year 2025; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that RBT, Certified Public Accountants, shall be paid in accordance with their fee schedule set forth in their proposal for audit services to the Town Board dated January, 2025.
