Resolution Accepting Resignation Of Personnel Administrator In The Town Comptroller's
Office
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 10,
2025.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, Taryn Riley in a letter dated February 25, 2025 has submitted her resignation as
Personnel Administrator for the Town Comptroller's Office effective March 12, 2025, and
WHEREAS, Taryn Riley has gone above and beyond the call of duty in her role as Personnel
Administrator actively working to improve the lives and workplace of Town employees, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows;
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby regretfully accepts the resignation of Taryn Riley as Personnel
Administrator for the Town Comptroller's Office effective March 12, 2025 and thanks her for her
exemplary service and dedication to the employees of the Town of Wappinger.
3. The Town Comptroller's Office is directed to compute any sums due to Taryn Riley.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
