Resolution Accepting Donation To Wappinger150
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 10,
2025.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, 2025 marks the sesquicentennial of the Town of Wappinger, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has launched Wappinger150 to host a variety of historical,
cultural, and recreational programs and events throughout the year celebrating the Town's 150th
anniversary, and
WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies has graciously donated one checktotaling $250.00 toward
Wappinger150 events and programs in 2025, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does hereby
accept the generous donation of $250.00 by Tyler Technologies toward Wappinger150 events and
programs in 2025.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
