• Refer to County 239-m (maximum review time - 30 days)
• Planning Board for Advisory Report (maximum review time - 45 Days)
• Notice to Adjacent Municipalities
• Set public hearing for 45 days after the meeting date.
5. Administrative Actions post resolution to occur within 1-2 days after meeting (All Required)
• Post Copy of final revised report and proposed zoning changes on website
• Send referral to County Planning (Laberge Group)
• Send Notice to Adjacent municipalities and interested agencies (Wappinger)
• Post in NYS DEC ENB (Laberge Group)
6. Town Board — Public Hearing July 14, 2025
• Confirm Status as Lead Agency
• Read County's review into the Public Hearing Minutes.
• Discuss Planning Board Advisory Report.
7. Incorporate any revisions by July 30 for posting for August 11th meeting (Laberge Group)
• Revisions to be posted on website prior to meeting.
8. Adoption at August 11, 2025 Town Board Meeting
• Declare Negative Declaration
• Adopt Plan
9. Post Adoption Meeting
• Complete Negative Declaration and Circulate as required (Laberge Group)
Moratorium expires on or about September 11, 2025
