A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW #6
OF THE YEAR 1991, A LOCAL LAW REGULATING
TRAFFIC AND PARKING WITHIN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
Section 1. Additional Full Stop Streets.
Section 3 of Local Law #6 of the Year 1991, a Local Law
Regulating Traffic and Parking Within the Town of Wappinger is
hereby amended by the adoption of the following additions,
revisions and amendments, to wit: the addition of the following
designated full stop streets and intersections:
Baldwin Drive at the southeast corner of its intersection
with MacIntosh Lane;
Applesauce Lane at the southeast corner of its intersection
with MacIntosh Lane;
SmithCrossing Road at the southeast corner of its
intersection with Maloney Road; and,
HiView Road at the southeast corner of its intersection with
Valley Road approaching from the south.
Section 2. Ratification.
Except as specifically modified and amended by the adoption
of the additions, revisions, modifications and amendments set
forth.above, Local Law #6 of the Year 1991, "A Local Law
Regulating Traffic and Parking Within the Town of Wappinger," as
from time to time otherwise amended, is hereby ratified,
confirmed and readopted.
Section 3. Severability.
In the event any portion of this Local Law is declared to be
unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, all of the

remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon adoption
and filing with the Secretary of State as provided by the
Municipal Home Rule Law.
