ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES IN THE WAPPINGER
SEWER IMPROVEMENT AREA #1
BE IT ENACTED,by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Local Law #2 of 1996 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 2. The following Sewer Rates are hereby amended to read
as follows:
A. RESIDENTIAL
1. Each residential unit connected to the System:
$440.00 annually and payable on a quarterly basis.
SECTION 3. This Local Law shall take effect upon adoption and filing
as provided by Muncipal Home Rule Law.
