from the lot line, thus, the applicant is requesting a 15 foot variance
on the placement of the sign on property located on 115 New Hackensack
Road, and being Parcel #6158-02-781756, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal #1022, at the request of Dawn M. Flynn, seeking a Special
Use Permit of Article IV, S430, P1, of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance to permit an accessory use to establish a real estate office
& brokerage office on property located on New Hackensack Road, and
being Parcel #6158-04-614349, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal #1023, at the request of Paul Gerrell, seeking a variance of
Article IV, S412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for
the issuance of building permits and a right of way on property
located on Wheeler Hill Road, and being Parcel #'s 6057-04-677284,
700267, 706292, & 684243, in the Town of Wappinger.
