1. Appeal #1039 at the request of Philip & Judy Webster, seeking a variance of
Article IV Section 421 of The Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance where 25 Feet
is required and the Applicant has only 21 Feet requiring a 4 foot Variance to
allow the construction of a deck 21 Feet from the sideline on property located
at 30 Top 0' Hill Road and being Parcel 416358-01-025917. -
2. Appeal 411040, at the request of Joseph Fiorini, seeking a Variance of Article
IV, Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance where 20 feet is required
and the Applicant has only 14.6 Feet requiring a 5.6 foot variance to erect an
attached garage on property located on 25 Pine Hill Drive and being Parcel
416356-01-092900.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS:
1. Discussion with Mr. Thomas F. Wood, Esq. Attorney to the Town regarding the
following matters:
(a) Application of Dawn Flynn for Special Use Permit
(b) Various request to changes the Zoning Ordinacne regarding the following
subjects:
(1) Change of Fine Schedule as per Legistative change Section 41503
(2) Conitiguous Non Conforming Lots. -
(3) New Zoning Board of Appeals Rules and Regulations
(4) Civil Penalties for working without a permit
(5) New Application for the Zoning Board of Appeals
