RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FROM 61 MOCCASIN VIEW ROAD
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by
Mr. Valdati
WHEREAS, there remains an escrow balance for 61 Moccasin View Road, Application
No. A19405, Building Permit No. P01476, in the amount of Thirteen Thousand, Eight Hundred
and Seventy Five Dollars ($13,875.00); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant Eugene Amy of Amy Interiors with an office at 295 Main
Street, Eastchester, New York has requested the return of the escrow balance in a letter dated
June 24, 2002 addressed to the Town of Wappinger Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. That payment is approved in the amount of Thirteen Thousand, Eight Hundred
and Seventy Five Dollars ($13,875.00) made payable to Amy Interiors for the
refund of the unused escrow funds deposited for the driveway and seeding for the
premises located at 61 Moccasin View Road, Application No. A19405, Building
Permit No. P01476.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
