RESOLUTION NO. 2002-217
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FROM 36 MORGAN COURT
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, there remains an escrow balance for 36 Morgan Court, Application No.
A018541, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant Heidi Morgan has requested the return of the -escrow balance
in a letter dated June 28, 2002 addressed to the Town of Wappinger Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. That payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
made payable to Heidi Morgan for the refund of the unused escrow funds
deposited for the raking and seeding for the premises located at 36 Morgan Court,
Application No. A018541.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
