2002-218RESOLUTION NO. 2002-218 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS FROM 20 SPRING STREET The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by Mr- Bettina WHEREAS, there remains an escrow balance for 20 Spring Street, Building Permit No. P01-474, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); and WHEREAS, the Applicant Claire Gibson has requested the return of the -escrow balance in a letter dated July 2, 2002 addressed to the Town of Wappinger Town Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. That payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) made payable to Claire Gibson for the refund of the unused escrow funds deposited for the driveway for the premises located at 20 Spring Street, Building Permit No. PO1-474.
