RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FROM 271 ALL ANGELS HILL ROAD
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded by
WHEREAS, there remains an escrow balance for 271 All Angels Hill Road,
Application No. A19620, in the amount of Three Thousand and Six Hundred Dollars
($3,600.00); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant, Richard DeLuca of A-1 ReModeling Experts Plus by
DeLuca Homes, has requested the return of the escrow balance in a letter dated June 10, 2002
addressed to the Town of Wappinger Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. That payment is approved in the amount of Three Thousand and Six Hundred
Dollars ($3,600.00) made payable to A-1 ReModeling Experts Plus by DeLuca
Homes for the refund of the unused escrow funds deposited for the installation of
a paved driveway for the premises located at 271 All Angels Hill Road,
Application No. A19620.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
