2004-103RESOLUTION NO. 2004-103 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW REFUND FOR BMW AND LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 23rd day of February, 2004, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Councilmembers- ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy Vincent Bettina The following Resolution was introduced by MS McSa_r.__r_h_3Z and seconded by Mr. Paoloni WHEREAS, on or about September 5, 2003, Jerry Walton paid Eleven Thousand, Six Hundred, Eighteen Dollars and 501100 ($11,618.50) to the Town of Wappinger for a site plan escrow for the property located on Route 9; and WHEREAS, Jerry Walton have requested a refund in the amount of Seven Thousand, Three Hundred, Eighty-one Dollars and 5011"' '$7,381.50). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of Seven Thousand, Three Hundred, Eighty-one Dollars and 501100 ($7,381.50) made payable to Jerry Walton, Account Number 00-3027, for the refund of unused escrow for BMW and Land Rover Dealership located on Route 9.
