RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW REFUND
FOR 33 BILL HORTON WAY
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 23rd day of February, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms . McCarthy
by Mr. Paoloni
and seconded
WHEREAS, on or about September 5, 2001, Donald Wilburn paid Five
Thousand Dollars and 50/100 ($5,00.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a site plan
escrow for the property located at 33 Bill Horton Way; and
WHEREAS, Donald Wilburn have requested a refund in the amount of Two
Thousand, Five Hundred, Seventy-seven Dollars and 40/100 ($2,577.40).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Two Thousand, Five Hundred,
Seventy-seven Dollars and 40/100 ($2,577.40) made payable to D&D Doors, Account
Number 01-3049, for the refund of unused escrow for 33 Bill Horton Way.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
