2004-134CS9 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-134 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW REFUND FOR MATHEWS PROPERTY LOCATED ON ROUTE 9D At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 22ra day of March, 2004, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Councilmembers- ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy The following Resolution was introduced by Ms Mccarthy and seconded by Mr Valdati WHEREAS, on or about May 22, 2001, Edapara Mathews deposited Two Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a subdivision escrow for the property located on Route 9D; and WHEREAS, Edapara Mathews requested a refund in the amount of Six Hundred, Eighty -Four Dollars and 45/100 ($684.45). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 0 2. Payment is approved in the amount of Six Hundred, Eighty -Four Dollars and 45/100 ($684.45) made payable to Edapara Mathews, Account Number 01-5947, for the refund of unused escrow for the property located on Route 9D.
