RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED VARIANCE
APPLICATION
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappingers, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 26a' day of July, at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor- Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr Va1anti and
seconded by Ms. McCarthy
WHEREAS, on or about June 14, 2004, Mr. Richard Rose deposited Fifty dollars and
00/100 ($50.00) with the Town of Wappinger for a variance application for 17 Theresa
Boulvard; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Rose has requested a refund in the amount of Fifty dollars and
00/100 ($50.00), and has been recommended by Tatiana Lukianoff, Zoning
Administrator to the Town of Wappinger, in her letter dated June 30, 2004 to the Town
Board Members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Fifty and 00/100 dollars ($50.00) made payable
to Mr. Richard Rose, Account Number 6257-03-434090, for the refund of the unused
variance application for 17 Theresa Boulevard.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
