2004-245t , RESOLUTION NO. 2004-245 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW REFUND FOR 6 WILDWOOD DRIVE At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 30th day of August, 2004, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Councilmembers- ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Maureen McCarthy Joseph Paoloni The following Resolution was introduced by G. MrC.arrhy and seconded by Mr. Bettina WHEREAS, on or about April 17, 2003, Theresa Scott deposited One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a driveway escrow for the property located on 6 Wildwood Drive; and WHEREAS, Theresa Scott has requested a refund in the amount of One Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($1,000.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($1,000.00) made payable to Theresa Scott, Account Number 02-740, for the refund of a driveway escrow for the property located at 6 Wildwood Drive.
