RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUILDING PERMIT FEE REFUND
FOR 52 OSBORNE HILL ROAD
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 30th day of August, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, on or about April 21,2004 Barry Noel deposited Fifty and 00/100
($50.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a building permit for the property located at 52
Osborne Hill Road; and
WHEREAS, Robert Rawls has requested a refund in the amount of Fifty Dollars
and 00/100 ($50.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($50.00)
made payable to Robert Rawls, Account Number A22274 for the refund of a building
permit fee for the property located at 52 Osborne Hill Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

Osborne Hill Road, which is owned by Rawls Leisure living, inc.,

by Susan Dao.
