RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING

At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappingers, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 27' day of September, at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by MG Mc r a r r h y
seconded by Mr.
WHEREAS, on or about January 29, 2004 Mrs. Heidi Morgan deposited Three
Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($3,000.00) with the Town of Wappinger for a driveway
on 22 Morgan Court; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.

($3,000.00) made payable to. Hiedi Morgan, located at 22
0000, for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property
