Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on August
11, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Supervisor Colsey.
WHEREAS, on or about August 8, 2006, DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota deposited Five
Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00) into a Sewer Hook-up escrow account with the Town
of Wappinger; and
WHEREAS, all professional fees incurred during the review of this project have been
paid from other accounts and a balance of Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00)
remains in the escrow account and DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota has requested a refund of said
escrow balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a payment in the total amount of Five
Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00), shall be made to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota
representing a refund of the remaining escrow balance for the Sewer Hook-up account.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

There are two Planning Board escrow accounts before the Town Board
this evening for return. One is the DCH Sewer Hook-up Account and the
other is Corporate Park Site Inspection. To my knowledge both escrow
returns have been checked and verified for accuracy. I have no problem
with the Town Board approving them for the return of monies.

Please allow this letter to confirm our conversation from earlier. The DCH Auto Group
previously placed money in two additional escrow accounts for the DCH Heart Acura
sewer project, and for the DCH Auto Group Reconditioning Center, application #07-
6002PP. The first project was completed, the other was abandoned.
Accordingly, I would respectfully request that all of our unused escrow money for the
above referenced projects be returned to the dealership.
