variance of Article IV, S421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance,
due to the shape of this lot this lot requires a 12 foot frontyard
variance where 50 foot is required on property located on 5 East Salem
Road, and being Parcel #6156-02-808773, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal #998, at the request of E. Primrose, seeking a variance of
Article IV, S421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow a 9
foot 5 inch rearyard variance where 25 foot is required in a Conserva-
tion District Subdivision on property located on 5 Hamlet Court, and
being Parcel #6157-02-970948, in the Town of Wappinger.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal #988, at the request of Fred A. Gig8er, seeking a variance
of Article IV, S421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow
for the construction of a single family house of 15,000 square feet
where the ordinance requires 20,000 square feet on property located on
19 Curry Road, and being Parcel #6157-01-481623, in the Town of Wap-
pinger.
2. Appeal #992, at the request of Mario & Judy DeGrimrgior seeking a
Special Use Permit of Article IV, S445 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance to permit an accessory apartment (mother/daughter) on prop-

the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal #993, at the request of Charles Hayden, seeking a variance

2. Appeal #999, at the request of The Randolph School, seeking a Spe-
cial Use Permit of Article IV, S421, P8 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance to maintain a funded school farm for the purpose of teaching
and showing children from the pre-school to the 6th grade how to care
and maintain small farm animals on property located on 115 South Ave-
