1. Appeal #981, at the request of Ronald Plimley, seeking a Special Use Permit of
Article IV, §421, 1113 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to permit temporary
stands for the sale and display of field and garden crops grown on the premises and
related products on property located on River Road North, and being Parcel Vs
6056-01-477995 & 495986, and 6056-02-516992, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal #988, at the request of Fred A. Gigler. seeking a variance of Article IV,
§421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of a single
family house on 15,500 square feet where the ordinance requires 20,000 square feet on
property located on 19 Curry Road, and being Parcel #6157-01-481623, in the Town of
Wappinger.
3. Appeal #989, at the request of William & Marilyn McGinnis, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow a sideline variance
13 foot NW and 3 foot SW on sideyard setback where 25 feet is required for a proposed
addition to a single family house on property located on 34 Pye Lane, and being Parcel
#6357-01-005995, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal #990, at the request of Michael & Mary Mueller, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow a sideline variance
of 5.34 feet where 10 feet is required for proposed detached garage on property located
on Osborne Hill Road, and being Parcel 46156-02-618864, in the Town of Wappinger.

1. Appeal 4873, at the request of Herb Redl, seeking a Special Use Permit of
Article IV, §422 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow an ARMCO Transmissions,
for motor vehicle repair and service on property located on New Hackensack Road, and
being Parcel 46258-04-574315, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal 4900, at the request of John Durcan, seeking a Special Use Permit of Article IV,
§421, 118 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to convert an existing 3 family
dwelling, which was built prior to 1963 and which contains over 3,000 s/f of useable
floor area to a six (6) unit apartment building on property located on Route 9D, and
being Parcel 46157-01-136640, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal #961, at the request of Frank Vitiritti, seeking a Special Use Permit of
of Article IV, §422, NB, 117 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow a car
wash along with gas pumps at the existing service station on property located on Route 9 &
Old Hopewell Road, and being Parcel 46157-02-610544, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal 4975, at the request of Estate Builders, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for the issuance of a building
permit for a lot on a private road on property located off of Wheeler Hill Road, and
being Parcel 446057-04-700267, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal 4978, at the request of Lawrence & Mary Paggi, seeking a variance of Article
IV, §412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance for two,
25 foot road frontages on a proposed 2 lot subdivision where 50 foot road frontages are
required on property located on 17 Stenger Court, and being Parcel 46056-01-460831, in
the Town of Wappinger.
