PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal 4975, at the request of Estate Builders, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for the issuance of a building
permit for a lot on a private road on property located off of Wheeler Hill Road, and
being Parcel 46057-04-700267, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal #980, at the request of Friendly Acura, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§416.62 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance for
a free standing sign which is only 30 square feet in area when only 25 square feet
permitted on property located on Route 9, and being Parcel 46157-04-570395, in the
Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal 4983, at the request of TEG Federal Credit Union, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §404.5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance
for a 45 foot frontyard setback where 75 feet is required on a legal non -conforming
building on property located on Old Route 9, and being Parcel 446156-02-793743, in the
Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal #986, at the request of Thomas Morley Jr., seeking a variance of Article IV,
§411.2 & §421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for a subdivision of a
lot into 2 lots of approximate equal size, the new lot having legal road frontage on
Smithtown Road and the remaining lot with premise having frontage on Schlicter Road,
resulting in one such lot being less than the required 80,000 square foot lot area
requirement on property located on Schlicter Road, and being Parcel 446156-02-930942,
in the Town of Wappinger.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal 4906, at the request of Patrick & Ruth Clark, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to convert an existing house, which contains
over 3,000 square foot of useable floor area and was built prior to 1962, to a (2) unit
dwelling on property located on Route 9D, and being Parcel #6157-01-180640, in the Town
of Wappinger.
2. Appeal 4978, at the request of Lawrence & Mary Paggi, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance for two,
25 foot road frontages on a proposed 2 lot subdivision where 50 foot road frontages are
required on property located on 17 Stenger Court, and being Parcel 46056-01-460831, in
the Town of Wappinger.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Appeal 4982, at the request of the Yorktown Christian Center, seeking a Special Use
Permit of Article IV, §421, 1f4 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to permit a
religious place of worship to include a religious school on property located on Brown Road &
All Angels Hill Road, and being Parcel 46357-01-022799, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal 4987, at the request of the Hopewell Junction Congregation of Jehovah's
Witnesses seeking a Special use Permit of Article IV, §421, 1f4 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance to permit a house of worship on property located on the Stanton Farm,
All Angels Hill Road, and being Parcel 46357-03-018273, in the Town of Wappinger.
