2. Appeal #974, at the request of Gaspare & Angela Sparacino, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance
for a (22.5) foot sideyard setback where (25) feet is required on a newly constructed

4. Appeal 4976, at the request of Carmen Verdile, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance for a
(3) foot sideyard setback where (20) feet is required and a (50) foot frontyard setback
where (75) feet is required on property located on Chelsea Road, and being Parcel
46056-03-343488, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal 4977, at the request of Joseph & Linda Collica, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance
of (11.1) foot on a sideyard setback where (20) feet is required for a proposed
addition to a single family house on property located on 101 Nantucket Drive, and being
Parcel 46256-02-581738, in the Town of Wappinger.
6. Appeal 44978, at the request of Lawrence & Mary Paggi, seeking a variance of Article IV,';
§412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for an area variance for two,
25 foot road frontages on a proposed 2 lot subdivision where 50 foot road frontages are
required on property located on 17 Stenger Court, and being Parcel 46056-01-460831, in
the Town of Wappinger.
7. Appeal 4979, at the request of Stephen Kondor, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§404.32 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for a use variance to construct
a single, multi family house, with (4) units, on a property which presently has one
house, two cabins, one garage, one toolshed, and one outhouse in a district which only
allows for a single family house on property located on Osborne Hill Road, and being
Parcel 46156-02-560701, in the Town of Wappinger.
