#6259-04-537307, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal #961, at the request of Frank Vitiritti, seeking a Special Use Permit
of Article IV, §422, NB, 117 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow a
car wash along with gas pumps at the existing service station on property located on
Route 9 & Old Hopewell Road, and being Parcel #6157-02-610544, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal X6971, at the request of Richard & Judith Kohler, seeking a variance of
Article IV, §412 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for the subdivision
of a lot into two lots that will share a common driveway on property located on
Route 376 & New Hackensack Road, and being Parcel #6159-04-609136, in the Town of
Wappinger.
4. Appeal #972, at the request of Weldon McWilliams, seeking a variance of Article IV,
§421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for the issuance of a building
permit for a detached 2 car garage with a sideyard setback of (2) feet where ten (10)
feet is required on property located on Route 376, and being Parcel #6259-04-939059,
in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal 4973, at the request of Fritz Dehnhordf, seeking a variance of Article IV,
` §477.2 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for a driveway with a grade
exceeding 15% so that a certificate of occupancy can be issued on a newly constructed
house on property located on 13A Pye Lane, and being Parcel #6257-02-921938, in the
Town of Wappinger.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal X6900, at the request of John Durcan, seeking a Special Use Permit of
Article IV, §421, 118 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to convert an existing
3 family dwelling, which was built prior to 1963 and which contains over 3,000 s/f
of useable floor area to a six (6) unit apartment building on property located on
Route 9D, and being Parcel X66157-01-136640, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal X6957, at the request of Henry A. Olson, Master, Oak Grove Grange, seeking
a variance of Article IV, §422 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to allow for a
50 foot frontyard setback where 100 feet is required on property located on St. Nicholas
Road & New Hackensack Road, and being Parcel 466259-03-141091, in the Town of Wappinger.
