Mr. & Mrs. Kopp was present. Mr. Brooker: The house you have on house, -is that correct? Mrs. Kopp: That is correct. Mr. Brooker: Raised ranch. 14 Namoth Road now iS a two-story Mrs. Kopp: Yes Mr. -Brooker: You want to make a mother/daughter apartment out of they downstairs were the garage now exists. Mrs. Kopp: No, not the garage, the regular part of the house already. Mr. Levenson : we looked at this, and the garage is here, and there is a rec room.of sorts, and that's what they want to convert. ti Mr. Brooker: when you say mother/daughter what do you mean? Have you lived in the house for more than five years. -a - Mr. Levenson: They have a CO. that justifies it. Mr. Hirkala: Are there going to be any additions to the house? Mr. Levenson: The house is as is on the original CO. Mr. Brooker: You simply want to put a bedroom, living room, and kitchen area downstairs, correct? Mrs. Kopp: Correct. Mr. Brooker: For who? Mrs. Kopp: For my mother. Mr. Brooker: You understand how the ordinance exists now, if the house is ever the house is ever sold you have to revert back to .... Mrs. Kopp: Yes, correct. Mr. Brooker: Does the board have any questions? Mr. Lehigh: Is there an exist outside? Mr. Kopp: Yes, you have to go through the garage, its a hall way. Mrs. Kopp: It's a hall way that leads up to the front door, that leads out through the garage. Mr. Brooker: This will be inspected and taking.care of. Mr. Levenson: Yes Mr. Brooker: Also, I believe now that in the code they have to put smoke detectors in. Mr. Levenson: That is correct. Mr. Brooker: Any other questions from the board? Mr. Hirkala: There is the driveway located. Mr. Kopp: Looking at the building, the right side, its directly in • the garage. Mr. Hirkala: Are there going to be any more cars on the premises. Mr. Kopp: No �We,'Mr. Levenson: The driveway is all blacktop. Mr. Hirkala: Gid this get referred to the Planning Board? Mr. Levenson: No Mr. Brooker •stated that he did not have a problem with this application. Mr. Lehigh: Could I ask the age of your mother? Mrs. Kopp: She is 80 years old Mr. Levenson: Stated that there is no other mother/daughter situation on Namoth Road. Mr. Brooker: Asked the Board it they had any other comments? Mr. Hirkala made a motion to close the public hearing. Mrs. Roe seconded the motion. Vote: All ayes The motion carried. _ Mr. Hirkala made a motion to grant a Negative Declaration. Mrs. Roe seconded the motion Vote: All ayes. The motion carried. Mr. Hirkala made a motion to give a Special Use Permit to the appli- cants, ppli- cant, under the conditions that the Zoning Administrator inspects the house, and the use terminate When it is longer needed as a second apartment for the need of the family, before the house is sold. Mr. Lehigh seconded the motion. - t Vote: All.ayes The motion carried. -- Mr. Hirkala made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Lehigh seconded the motion.
