MRS. HARDISTY: MR. CHAIRMAN, ALL LEGAL NOTICES ARE SATISFIED AND MAILINGS ARE
CORRECT.
MR. HIRKALA: ANY DISCUSSION FROM THE BOARD ?
MR. BROOKER: WE HAVE A LETTER FROM THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, RECOMMENDING
GRANTING OF PERMIT.
MR. HIRKALA: READ THE LETTER, AND ASKED IF ANYONE IN THE AUDIENCE WANTED TO
SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE APPLICANT.
MR. DEL PESCHIO: 15 ROSEWOOD COURT, ASKED ABOUT THE ACCESSORY APARTMENT USE.
MR. HIRKALA: EXPLAINED THE MEANING, AND ALSO EXPLAINED THAT WHEN IT IS NO
LONGER USED AS SUCH OF IS SOLD THAT THE KITCHEN MUST BE REMOVED. THE HOUSE CAN-
NOT BE SOLD AS A TWO FAMILY.
MRS. DEL PESCHIO: 15 ROSEWOOD COURT, ASKED ABOUT THE PARKING.
MR. HIRKALA: FOR THE MUST PART WHEN YOU HAVE AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT SUCH AS
THIS, THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL PARKING REQUIREMENT. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE, OR DOES
