RE: Chen Young Kitchen
Liquor License Notice
Request for Waiver of 30 day review by Municipality
Chen Young Restaurant had placed the town on notice of its intention to re -new their On -Premises
liquor license -with the NYS Uquor Authority. A copy of such notice is attached.
The restaurant's attorney subsequently requested through the Town Clerk's office that the Town
waive its 30 -day review period to aid in the expediting of the process.
As there are no known concerns for this long standing restaurant, please craft a resolution waitving
this review period for the September 8 meeting.
Thank you.
